Liability Waver: Each member shall bring his person, guests, watercraft, vehicles, chattels or otherwise upon the club's premises, mooring areas or docks at his own risk as to fire, theft, accident, collision, or otherwise and becoming a member specifically waives any liability, responsibility to him, his family, friends, crew or visitors and his aforesaid ownership on the part of the club, its directors or committees or any member thereof, accepting conditions of the club's premises, buildings, grounds, walks, moorings, docks, watercraft and other facilities as is.

Membership Obligations: TH&SC is a working club. All members shall equally share the responsibility for the operation, maintenance and the carrying out of special projects and improvements.
