Membership Obligations: TH&SC is a working club. All members shall equally share the responsibility for the operation, maintenance and the carrying out of special projects and improvements.
Members are obliged to perform work equivalent to 2 days (16 hours) annually in addition to their 4-hour OOD requirement.

- Paint both South Washrooms.
- Paint shower cubicles in North Ladies’ Washroom. Existing peeling paint needs to be removed.
- Carpet/Rugs: remove existing in the attic and replace.
- Carpentry: Bar countertop needs to be re-glued and support bracket to be installed under the coffee machine. New floors required in the exterior storage lockers located on the west wall of the garage.
- Door Replacement or repair. The side door to the storage area behind the bar does not close properly and the interior bolts are too weak for their purpose. Don Bland has the key to this room.

- General repairs:
- Level patio bricks which have sunk in several places.
- Fan/lights in 3rd floor TV lounge - Replace Fan/light cords as necessary with new longer chains that members can actually reach.
